Our personal trainers have experience in both martial arts and weight training for 15 years. We have worked with various clients ranging from professional athletes, fitness competition competitors and regular people who want to improve some aspect of themselves. We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their fitness goals.

At Columbia Martial Arts, we understand that some people are nervous to start personal training due to the challenge. We try to make personal training as approachable and customized as possible.
